The Ichabod Scott Cemetery is 1000 feet north of Scott Hollow Road. The cemetery is on the right branch of Scott Hollow Road on a 100-acre pig farm where 300 pigs run loose over the landscape. The cemetery is on the north edge of the cleared area, near the woods. You must get permission to enter the pen area. There are marble blocks at each corner of the cemetery. It is 30 ft x 30 ft, in poor condition, and has no enclosure. There are 11 burials with 10 inscribed stones. James N. Arnold visited this lot on 24 Jul. 1905 and noted, “On the Oliver Scott farm in open lot, not protected. In this yard are something over 20 graves; the stones have been taken up and ground leveled” (Vol. 6, Book A, page 1002). Charles and Martha Benns transcribed this cemetery in 1934, their #361. Found, registered and recorded by Dr. Bill Eddleman and John Sterling for a 1998 book on Coventry cemeteries.
