| Notes |
The death date in William Billings gravestone is wrong. The newspaper account of his death and the probate proceedings clearly indicate that his death occurred in 1813. Burials did not commence in Swan Point Cemetery until 1847. William was first buried in the West Burial Ground in the section reserved for the First Unitarian Society. When the West Burial Ground was removed the First Unitarian Society moved most of its graves to Swan Point to a section designated FUS. West Burial Ground was located at the intersection of I95 and I195. |
